Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit ONLY. Returns must be returned within 5 days of the ship date received. The Slay Brand will not accept any returns after 5 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all TSB product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and we send a return label. Please note the exchange needs to be returned to the slay brand within 5 business days.
If you believe any items are missing from your order please contact us right away so that we can replace it. If the merchandise is out of stock a store credit will be issued at that time.


We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.


Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.** No Cash Refunds**
